I. OBJECTIVES OF
THE SERVICE
The internet service available at www.aspekt.pl, hereinafter referred
to as the SERVICE, is of informative character. It is only a help for
the USERS in obtaining needed information about the company, facilitates
contacting the company, and gives a possibility to download, fill in,
send and print out documents free of charge.
The USER shall mean any person using the SERVICE in any possible manner.
Access to the service is free.
II. COPYRIGHT
The content of the SERVICE website is the property of ASPEKT company
with the registered office in Chorzów, ul. Stefana Batorego 48, 41-506
Chorzów, hereinafter referred to as ASPEKT. All personal copyrights
and author's economic rights to any elements of the SERVICE (text,
graphics, webdesign etc.) are reserved.
The SERVICE and all its elements are protected by law, in particular
the Law on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights of 4 February 1994 (consolidated
text, Journal of Laws 00.80.904 as amended) and the Act on Combating
Unfair Competition of 16 April 1993 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws
03.153.1503 as amended).
III. TRADEMARKS
The sign www.aspekt.pl and the sign ASPEKT used on the SERVICE website
are trademarks protected by the provisions of the Act on Industrial
Property Law of 30 June 2000 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 03.119.1117
as amended) and the Act on Combating Unfair Competition of 16 April
1993 (Journal of Laws 93.47.211 as amended).
IV. INFORMATION
Information available in the SERVICE can be updated with a certain delay.
ASPEKT is not responsible for any errors and mistakes occurring in
the SERVICE.
Information presented in the SERVICE should not be considered as an offer
within the meaning of Article 66, Article 661 et seq. of the Civil Code
(Journal of Laws 64.16.93 as amended) and is not binding for ASPEKT.
V. CORRESPONDENCE
Correspondence other than forms available in the SERVICE (DS system forms)
sent to ASPEKT is a non-ordered correspondence, and cannot be considered
as private or confidential. ASPEKT is not obliged to answer this correspondence.
VI. PERSONAL DATA
ASPEKT collects no personal data within the scope of the SERVICE. The
persons sending their CVs, cover letters and other documents containing
personal data to the SERVICE simultaneously give their consent to processing
and using their particulars pursuant to the Act of 29 August 1997 on
Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 02.101.926
as amended).
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
Using the SERVICE means that you accept these legal conditions.
The USER declares to use the SERVICE (both when receiving and sending
information) only in accordance with the legal provisions in force, rules
of social co-existence and good practice, and with respect to the intellectual
property rights.
ASPEKT cannot take responsibility for any technical malfunction of the
SERVICE not caused by the company or for any breaks in SERVICE availability.
ASPEKT cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting
from using the website www.aspekt.pl
ASPEKT reserves the right to introduce changes to these Legal Conditions
by publishing their new version in the SERVICE.
